JBJ Techniques provides specification, technical advice, manufacture and support, plus an extensive product database to enable building and maintenance of renewable energy systems.
JBJ's range of products includes splitter gearboxes, planetary gearboxes, clutches, power units, gear pumps, screw pumps, heat exchangers, float switches and pipe flanges.
Reliable, high-quality components are needed to work in the tough environmental conditions of renewable energy systems such as wind and wave energy generation farms.
These tough environments are accounted for with specially designed refinements, such as gear drives with specially adapted bearings that are lubricated using grease designed to last over 24 years, the nominal life cycle of a wind turbine.
JBJ's screw pumps are able to self prime high viscosity fluids.
Hydrodynamic balancing of the screws results in lower contamination of the system, longer life, low pulse pressure, low noise and low vibration.
Stainless steel and plated finishes help prolong the life of components used in these environments.
The technical expertise to specify and support these products to enable project objectives is an essential part of the JBJ service.

Process indicator provides options out of the box
JBJ Techniques developed a process instrument capable of displaying up to four process variables and providing all the outputs that engineers would need for a typical process application. -

Fluid level indicators aimed to be easy to read
The LVM range of fluid level indicators is available in standard lengths up to 450mm, with either single or double fixing bolts, and there is a red float to make it easy to read the fluid level.
