A new accessory allows ACR Trendreader data loggers to be used with an ever-increasing number of computer systems and configurations without the need for a USB to serial adapter cable.
The Universal Serial Bus (USB) makes connecting devices to a computer, faster, easier, and virtually limitless.
High-speed USB devices are capable of communicating at speeds up to 12Mbit/s.
USB makes plug and play a reality.
Simply plug a USB device to a computer - without shutting down and without having to open the computer - and connect up to 127 devices, printers, modems, keyboards, mice, joysticks, scanners, digital cameras and other USB devices.
JDL on behalf of ACR, a world leader in data logging design and manufacture, now announces the introduction of a new accessory for the SmartReader and SmartReaderPlus range of palm-sized user friendly data loggers.
The new IC-102 allows Trendreader and Trendreader Plus data loggers to be used with an ever-increasing number of computer systems and configurations without the need for a USB to serial adapter cable.
The new IC-102 (P/N 01-0088) interface package includes the interface cable and a CD containing the necessary cable drivers.
TrendReader Std software package (P/N 01-006) interface package contains the logger software on CD, interface cable and manual for SmartReader Std and Smart Reader Plus data loggers.
Trendreader Express software package (P/N 01-0274) is the interface package for the Nautilus range of waterproof temperature data loggers that will withstand 138bar.
