Jefferson Rubber Works, a manufacturer and provider of custom engineered injection-moulded rubber products, has expanded its capabilities into liquid silicone moulding for automotive applications.
Jefferson can now provide custom liquid silicone injection moulding.
This technology enables the company to produce custom moulded silicone products with greater speed and efficiency than conventional rubber moulding equipment.
Jefferson has designed and crafted customised products for the domestic automotive industry for over 30 years.
It specialises in the manufacture of convoluted boots, bellows, head and tail lamp seals, grommets, vent tubes, door switch boots, window seals, wiring harness grommets and other automotive components.
By employing modern methods and technology to replace aging compression and transfer moulding methods, Jefferson can reduce costs and produce better products to meet the needs of automotive companies.
The firm also provides free material and manufacturing design assistance for customers.
