Jetcam and Virtek announce technology
partnership
Jetcam and Virtek are to work together to provide a customized version of the Jetcam Expert CNC programming system that will be integrated with Virtek's laser inspection machines.
Jetcam, a provider of software for design and CNC programming in the sheet metal industry, and Virtek, a leading provider of precision laser technology, including the LaserQC sheet metal inspection system, have entered into a technology partnering agreement Under this agreement, the companies will work together to provide a customized version of the Jetcam Expert CNC programming system that will be integrated with Virtek's laser inspection machines
The new CAD/CAM product is named Virtek Geo.
The software and a new low cost imaging system will be exhibited at the Fabtech show in Cleveland, Ohio from November 14th to the 16th.
