The company, based in Tamworth, UK is a reseller of several sheet-metal fabrication products, such as the Finn Power range of punching and profiling machines, and has sold Jetcam alongside these for the last ten years.
Traditionally, Jetcam products have always been available both through a direct source such as Radan Computational and OEM dealers such as Press and Shear.
Both companies have worked closely for a number of years, with Press and Shear recommending both Jetcam and Radan products.
The move will allow Press and Shear to expand its Jetcam activities to areas outside of machine tool sales only.
Said Mark Britton, Managing Director: "Press and Shear's name has always been synonymous with service.
We intend to set up a division to support new and existing Jetcam users, and will concentrate on showing users how they can make the most out of their CADCAM investment through a series of workshops and seminars".
