Jiskoot high pressure condensate and gas sampling systems have been installed on an Elf Petroland offshore platform in the North Sea to provide a solution to sample representivity requirements under demanding conditions.
With condensate at up to 1500psi, a heated cabinet and constant pressure sample receiver have successfully kept samples at line conditions for rapid and accurate analysis.
The condensate system employs a fast 210hp cell sampler, with an IP56 rated cabinet, and the gas system uses a Jiskoot G5 sampler.
Both systems have the same cabinets and 'Stoomwezen' certified receivers featuring automatic changeover when full.
Easy installation of the gas take-off and return probe through a single tapping point on the line was particularly highlighted as an application benefit of the Jiskoot system.
