System samples Shell's sulphurous
condensates
Jiskoot has developed a novel condensate sampling system for the Shell Sarawark Jintan facility in Malaysia.
Jiskoot has developed a condensate sampling system for the Shell Sarawark Jintan facility in Malaysia with a novel design that meets the special requirement of taking three identical samples simultaneously into three separate receivers The system, which was designed to be installed through a single tapping to minimise operating disruption and cost, included a single, fully duplex Byscoop take-off probe, three Jiskoot 210 cell samplers, six CPC1 constant pressure sample receivers and three grab sensors, dual-level sensors

Three-term PID controller provides a cost-effective yet powerful and flexible solution for two-stream controlled rate or "wildstream" blending and analyser trim applications.
The dual-level sensors warn operators when sample receivers require changing within the next 31 hours and when the maximum volume is reached.
The duplex Byscoop is a custom version of the standard Jiskoot product widely used in process and fiscal applications to extract and return a bypass loop from a process stream through a single tapping.
Special material Monel fittings and tubing were used to suit the sour-service high sulphur content of the condensate.
