The new Jiskoot range of constant pressure sample receivers offers an impressive array of improvements over the previous models, including higher pressure and lower temperature ratings, and was designed as a technically superior and price competitive alternative to other cylinders on the market The receivers are suitable for the pressurised storage and handling of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons, such as high RVP liquids like condensate, un-stabilised crude oil and refined products

Sample receivers maintain a constant pressure
The new Jiskoot CPC1 and CPC2 constant pressure sample receivers are designed for the receipt, handling and storage of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon samples, which are maintained at a constant pressu
The CPC range is a rugged, compact and portable design with seals available allowing use on corrosive and nonlubricating fluids.
Both 1 and 2-litre and 500ml models are available.
Designed for easy installation and overhaul, they feature a built-in carrying handle and integrated level indicator with an easy to read scale.
Maximum operating pressure is 150bar and operating temperature range is -20 to +110C as standard and down to -50C on a low temperature version.
The cylinder internals are designed with a minimal trapped volume and the internal ball mixer is fully recessed to avoid cross contamination between sample batches.
Sample inlet/outlet is from the bottom of the mixing ball cutout, which ensures that the receiver can be fully drained Units can be mounted horizontally or vertically using standard brackets which are also available with an integral receiver-full sensor removing the need to disconnect "flying leads" every time a cylinder is changed.
The absence of external mixing rods eliminates a common operator risk while making the CPC easy to use in small sample receiver housings and cabinets.
The "non-roll" design of the square-section handle mounts makes this one of the safest constant pressure receivers to use and transport.
Cylinders can be supplied for sour (NACE) service and with or without fittings allowing customers to use their preferred connector.
The range is available with PED certification and options including carry case, certification (PED, EN 10204-3.1B and pressure test) and septum take-off.
