The latest Jiskoot Co-Jetix sampling system is offering significantly improved measurement accuracy over traditional inline sampling systems at the Gawahati Refinery in Assam, India.

The latest Jiskoot Co-Jetix sampling system is offering significantly improved measurement accuracy over traditional inline sampling systems at the Gawahati Refinery in Assam, India, with a reduction in systematic bias and uncertainty Being installed in a crude oil pipeline between Oil India Operations and IOCL Gawahati, it was designed for an 8in line as a fully configured combined JetMix and sampling system

Fully ISO3171 compliant, it has a user-friendly InSight controller.

Due to the lack of plant air, the system includes a 710 full-bore positive displacement cell sampler mounted inside a heated cabinet.

Because Assam crude has a very high pour point and a wax content, the system must be kept above the wax deposition temperature to ensure ease of maintenance and continued operation.

Online mass measurement of accumulated samples provides continuous performance monitoring, with online alarms alerting operators to any error, and the field equipment is fully skid mounted.

This is the second Jiskoot Co-Jetix system to be supplied to Indian Oil Corporation, the first one having been installed at Barauni.
