Jiskoot has completed a management buyout, finalising the company's succession plan, and allowing MD Mark Jiskoot and the Board of Directors to continue an expansion programme started in 2004.

Retiring Chairman JJ Beer Jiskoot founded the company in 1961 and created a market-leading business with a reputation for innovative measurement solutions.
He developed and patented digital closed loop control concepts that form the basis of all modern blending systems.
The company has a 40-year track record of technology firsts that have defined the shape of the industry, including development of the unique JetMix pipeline mixing system, deployment of the first subsea multiphase flow meter and design of an innovative lube oil dehydration system.
"I would like to thank my father", said Mark Jiskoot.
