Sample receivers get OK for Russia

A Jiskoot product story

Jiskoot's CPC constant pressure sample receivers and Series 210 and 710 samplers receive Gost certification for use in Russia.

Jiskoot has announced that its CPC constant pressure sample receivers and Series 210 and 710 samplers have received Gost certification for use in Russia, having passed government pre-import tests for compliance with applicable safety and EMC requirements.

The portable receivers for storing and transporting liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon samples can be pre-charged with inert gas to maintain the sample at process pressure for analysis.

They can be supplied with external volume indicators, magnetic sensors and internal mixing balls.

The 210 sample extractors may be inserted into the centre of 20 to 132cm pipelines, with air-actuated probes and cells suiting applications from natural gas liquid at 20C to refined products and crude oils up to 100C.

A three-stage positive displacement action ensures sampling accuracy despite pressure or viscosity variations.

Series 710 samplers are low-pressure extraction devices with a high grab rate to makes sure samples from very small product batches are representative.

They have been designed for low maintenance service.

Their light weight eases overhaul as they can be fully withdrawn from the line.

This also reduces process disruption.
