Photoluminescence quantum yield
accessory
A new integrating sphere accessory for the JY Spex FluoroLog-3 and FluoroMax-3 spectrofluorometers greatly simplifies measurements of solid state photoluminescence quantum yields of films.
A new integrating sphere accessory for the JY Spex FluoroLog-3 and FluoroMax-3 spectrofluorometers greatly simplifies measurements of solid state photoluminescence quantum yields of films This new approach significantly improves existing experimental methods as there is no need for special equipment on the excitation and detection side
The integrating sphere has been designed to fit into the standard spectrofluorometer sample chamber eliminating coupling optics and avoiding any associated losses.
The complete system can be delivered fully calibrated and used with or without the sphere in place.
Upgrades to existing Flurolog-3 and FluoroMax-3 spectrofluorometers are also available.
