Quick Guard from Jokab Safety offers the installer a fencing system that is easy to erect and install.

Quick Guard from Jokab Safety offers the installer a fencing system that is easy to erect and install.

The guard fencing system utilises a minimum of specially designed aluminium extrusions and castings.

This design concept keeps installation and modifications simple and related costs low.

Jokab Safety's "screwlock" system means that all castings can be premounted with the necessary screws and nuts.

No holes need to be drilled in the profiles and all cuts are made straight.

The aluminium profiles, which form the frame of the guard fencing, come in 44 x 44 and 44 x 88mm cross sections, and together with the L-,T- and I-shaped fittings, a complete system, can be produced quickly.

Jokab Safety can supply profiles and brackets separately should there be a need to modify an existing design at a later stage.

All fittings come pre-assembled with screws and nuts.

The system offers various types of infill panels.

These can be made of welded or woven steel mesh, clear polycarbonate, galvanised sheet steel and soundproof panels.

To access to the guarded area, doors and hatches or a safety roller door can be easily designed in.

To assist engineers with their design of guard fence systems Jokab Safety has introduced SafeCad, an exclusively developed software package that integrates with AutoCad.

Using SafeCad, Jokab Safety can quickly create area layouts, fencing designs and quotations for customers.

All that is needed is a simple drawing or sketch of the area to be protected with dimensions, then a 2 and 3D drawing can be produced for customer approval.

A catalogue with full details is available on request.
