The compact and easy-to-install safety system is designed for the use with gate-controllers, which give an appropriate test signal before each dangerous movement of the gate.

Up to six safety contact edge circuits can be connected to the system in order to offer complete protection during an open or close operation.

The system uses a transmitter to send a signal via a steel core cable which is mounted a long the length of the gate.

Should the contact strips detect an obstruction the transmitter sends a signal through to the controller, which will switch an internal relay to stop the motor.

This benefit of this system is, there is no longer any need for long cable runs and also no physical wear on the cables.
