Joliet Technologies is supplying Wyco Tool Company with Fincor Series 5740 AC variable frequency drives for its Select-Cycle convertors for High Cycle concrete vibrators.

Wyco had been working with another vendor who could not get its drive to perform in the manner it needed to at high VPM (vibrations per minute).

Joliet Technologies suggested the Fincor 5740 AC drive which has provided excellent performance, even at the high VPM needed.

Select-Cycle convertors for High Cycle concrete vibrators: allows the contractor to select the speed (8000, 10,800 or 12,000VPM); adapt 230V generator or other single-phase sources to 230V three-phase; run two Wyco High Cycle vibrators and maintain speed; feature a rugged construction and protective frame; and keep vibrators from surging.

Wyco High Cycle vibrators are manufactured to properly consolidate difficult performance based concrete mix designs.

The consistent speed output, under variable load, produces uniform results.
