Jun-Air is using the Hanover Fair exhibition as the world launch of the OF300 range of compressor/vacuum pump units, which feature the innovative WIP compression principle
Jun-Air is exhibiting on stand number F59 in Hall 006 at the Hanover Fair exhibition being held during 23rd - 28th April 2001.
This event is being used as the world launch of their new OF300 range of compressor/vacuum pump units.
These products feature the innovative WIP compression principle and have been designed to match the end user requirements established by extensive market research.
Air quality, noise and price proved to be essential requirements and the OF300 series is claimed to match, and in most cases surpass, any benchmarks set by competitors equipment.
With oil-free operation, air quality is guaranteed and 55dB (A) noise level means that the products are suitable for use in even the most environmentally sensitive locations.
Compact design with virtually vibration and trouble-free performance coupled with minimum maintenance requirements means that these products offer exceptional value for money.
A wide range of ac voltage models can be supplied, including a twin cylinder unit which can operate as both compressor and vacuum pump simultaneously, together with both 12 and 24 volt dc models suitable for use on a wide range of mobile equipment.
Working exhibits will also be included from the economy model 4 and model 6 compressors, together with standard industrial compressors providing commercial quality compressed air at 120 psi (8 bar).
Displacements up to 5.3 CFM (150 l/min) are offered, from fully portable units providing plug-in economic power.
Where air quality is of paramount importance, then a range of oil-less compressors will be demonstrated.
These comply with ISO 8573.1 for clean air production, equivalent to instrument quality air when equipped with appropriate dryers and filters.
They are particularly suited for use in laboratories, industrial machinery, packaging and processing installations, offering displacements up to 12 CFM (353 l/min), including both single and three phase versions for 50Hz operation.
The displays will be complemented with cabinet mounted compressors, illustrating the capacity for these products to fit into any high-spec commercial or industrial environment.
The cabinets are soundproofed to minimise noise levels and are equipped with external regulator, gauges, meter and indicator lights.
