The OF300 series compressors offer oil-free operation, which ensures optimum air quality, while an operating noise level of only 55dB(A) places the product in the forefront of the market

With the introduction of their new OF300 series compressors, Jun-Air claim to offer products that have been designed to meet users' highest expectations.

Market research has established that air quality, noise, life expectancy and price are essential selection parameters.

The research was carried out over a wide spectrum of manufacturing and service industries including: environmental; food and beverage production; medical/dental; general engineering; together with graphics and photographic processing.

The OF300 series compressors combine 'state of the art' technology, with a compact ergonomic design which provides the essential requirements demanded by the marketplace.

Oil-free operation ensures optimum air quality, while an operating noise level of only 55dB (A) places the product in the forefront of competitors equipment currently available.

Operation is based upon the innovative WIP compression principle.

This reduces the number of moving parts, together with noise and vibration while minimising the incidence of wear.

This latter feature results in an impressive 10,000 hours exceeded on extended lifetime testing at 100% duty cycle operating at 8bar pressure and 35ř C temperature.

The units can operate as either compressors or vacuum pumps, with a twin cylinder model suitable for combined compressor/vacuum operation.

They can be supplied for ac 50/60Hz operation at 230, 120/240, 380-415, 400-480 and 100/200 voltages, together with both 12 and 24 volt dc options.

Unique features of the design include adjustable footprints with multiple outlet ports and mounting positions, making them ideal for OEM applications as well as upgrade replacements on existing installations.

Twelve month service intervals for intake filter replacement ensure minimum maintenance requirements and the products carry Demko, CE and C-UL approvals.
