A range of oil-lubricated and oil-less air compressors is claimed to offer an unrivalled combination of low noise levels, reliability, long life and low maintenance.

To meet the growing demand for clean, dry air for industrial processes and OEM applications, Jun-Air produces a range of oil-lubricated and oil-less air compressors that offer an unrivalled combination of low noise levels, reliability, long life and low maintenance.

Jun-Air compressors are among the quietest available and are capable of achieving decibel ratings as low as 47dB(A).

This makes them ideal for installations that require an independent air supply - eg multiple workstations - but where noise could cause H and S problems.

An independent compressed air supply can also improve H and S by removing potentially hazardous gas cylinders from the workplace.

The Jun-Air range is used in applications such as pneumatics, instrumentation, machine building, food manufacture, materials handling, printing, packaging and construction, and for applications as diverse as gas generation, automated sampling and sorting, door opening operations, clean rooms, and even sun tanning spray booths.

The latest oil-less compressor models feature internally coated receivers to guarantee an air supply that is in optimum condition.

They are rated for continuous operation and constructed with fewer moving parts in order to reduce wear and provide maximum reliability, minimum maintenance and a long working life.

Jun-Air compressors, which can deliver free air at flow rates from 38-200 litre/min and 8bar, are available as separate units or as complete solutions with a range of optional equipment such as filters, adsorption dryers, tank auto drains and hours-run counters.

For custom-designed manufacturing or OEM applications, models are available with adjustable feet and multiple outlet ports and mounting positions, allowing them to be fitted in any plane.

The range also includes vacuum pumps, combined air compressor/vacuum pumps and DC versions for remote sampling.

Jun-Air offers a free air quality audit to help design engineers establish their precise requirements.
