Servo and stepper models ease system design

A JVL Industri Elektronik product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Jan 17, 2008

System designers can now download dimensionally correct CAD models of steppers and servomotors from the JVL website.

JVL now offers 2D and 3D drawings of its popular QuickStep stepper motors and MAC integrated servomotors for download from its website.

The drawings cover the entire MAC motor programme with power ratings from 50 to 141W as well as the MAC800 motor with and without brake.

For the QuickStep motors the drawings illustrate options for configuring the motors and the communication interface possibilities.

JVL reckons that the drawings will greatly simplify and speed up the construction process for its customers.

The drawings are available in the following formats: 2D-DWG, DXF, PDF, 3D-DWG, IGES and STEP, to suit most customers' needs.

All drawings are dimensionally correct and to scale.
