Door locks are economical option

A JW Winco product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Aug 4, 2008

Economical door locking mechanisms offer a choice of 22 differently shaped catch plates with a range of latching distances from 4 to 50mm.

JW Winco now offers zinc die-cast door locking mechanisms.

Available in metric sizes, these locks are economical.

They offer a straight-forward locking action, rather than a locking and clamping action.

The choice of 22 differently shaped catch plates provides a range of latching distances from 4 to 50mm.

Locks with key operation are supplied with two keys, which can be removed from the lock in both open and locked positions.

In the standard key lock versions, all locks can be operated with the identical key.

Locks requiring different keys are available on request.

The housing of the door locking mechanism is zinc die-cast with a chrome-plated finish.

The lock hardware is made of steel and zinc-plated with a blue passivated finish.

The hand knob is constructed of black glass-filled nylon plastic.
