Kaisertech has extended its range of Kerry ultrasonic cleaning baths to include both bench-top and larger freestanding units Units can be used for production cleaning of products such as PCBs and extrusions and removing oils, fluxes, general manufacturing residues as well as other cleaning functions

The Pulsatron MKC is a range of bench top units while the larger-capacity KS models can be freestanding.

Additionally cleaning, rinsing and drying can be achieved in the CRD units.

Ultrasonic cleaning is quicker and more effective than hand cleaning, spray washing and other mechanical means.

Furthermore the ultrasonic process provides a gentle scrubbing action that cleans objects quickly and thoroughly without damaging intricate mechanisms.

The units have membrane keypad controls and digital displays for programming time and temperature.

All of the units' wetted parts are stainless steel and fail-safe protection against over heating and low liquid levels is provided.

Accessories such as lids and baskets are also available. Request a free brochure from Kaisertech ...
