Megaman Dimmerable lamps enable users to enjoy the benefits of dimmable fluorescent lighting without the need for special control gear or wiring.

The next Electrex exhibition takes place at the Birmingham NEC in April 2008 Electrex widened its appeal across the UK electrical engineering sector in 2006 and Electrex 08 looks set to be another well-attended event

Interest in the show is likely to be strengthened by the presence of the Independent Power and Energy Europe (IP and EE) exhibition alongside it.

Among the exhibitors already confirmed for Electrex are Power Electrics, EL Sewedy, Mil-Tek GB, Task Lighting, Brady, Lasnek, C3 and Fluke.

Megger will be showcasing its range of full-service solutions for electrical test and measurement needs.

Megger is a provider of electric test equipment and measuring instruments for electrical power applications and is probably best known for its insulation testers.

It provides testing solutions in the most critical maintenance areas, including cable fault location, protective relay testing and power quality testing.

Megaman will be exhibiting its new range of Dimmerable lamps at Electrex.

These new lamps enable users to enjoy the benefits of dimmable fluorescent lighting without the need for special control gear or wiring.

The range incorporates Megaman's Ingenium technology, providing a 10,000-hour life with flicker-free operation.

As in 2006, Electrex will be co-locating with a number of other major manufacturing and engineering shows at the NEC, including Drives and Controls; Plant and Works Engineering (PWE); IFPEX; AirTech; Subcon and MACH 2008.

Over 40,000 delegates visited the various events in 2006.

Visitors to the 2008 event are likely to be engineering professionals from all areas of industry.

All will be able to take advantage of the proximity of so many different suppliers, enabling them to assess and fulfil all their manufacturing strategy needs in just one location.

As always, each exhibition will be complemented by a series of industry-focused seminars and workshops.

Electrex 2008 takes place at the Birmingham NEC from 22nd - 24th April 2008. Request free introductory details about products from DFA Media ...
