KA Testing Facility's new facility has been designed to carry out lightning and switching impulse type tests in line with the requirements of IEC60060.
Following the successful commissioning of its new 300kV impulse test facility KA Testing Facility is offering convenient and cost-effective testing services for high-voltage (HV) products and systems with working voltages up to 36kV.
The new facility has been designed to carry out lightning and switching impulse type tests in line with the requirements of IEC60060, compliance with which is mandatory for HV equipment to be sold or used in almost every country of the world.
As a further service, KA Testing is also offering power frequency di-electric testing for HV equipment in line with the same standard.

It is, therefore, able to issue internationally recognised ASTA certificates of di-electric performance for equipment that meets the appropriate performance requirements during testing.
