DriveWorks has come up with a Design Automation special offer for SolidWorks 2006.

DriveWorks has announced details of a Design Automation special offer for SolidWorks 2006.

The offer, which is for a free fully functional 12 month licence of DriveWorksXpress, is available to new SolidWorks customers purchasing SolidWorks 2006 and to SolidWorks customers on SolidWorks Subscription Services upgrading to SolidWorks 2006.

The normal retail price of DriveWorksXpress is $995.

DriveWorksXpress is billed as the easy to use, rules-based design automation tool for SolidWorks users.

DriveWorksXpress, which is wizard based, lets users capture parameters and assign simple rules so that they can quickly and accurately create multiple variations of their SolidWorks parts, assemblies and drawings.

SolidWorks customers on subscription will find more information in their SolidWorks 2006 upgrade kit or can ask their SolidWorks reseller for details.

Those interested in moving to SolidWorks 2006, DriveWorksXpress and Design Automation options can visit the DriveWorks website to find their nearest reseller.

The DriveWorksXpress offer software is for users running English versions of SolidWorks and Microsoft products.
