DriveWorks will be showing the latest release of its rules based design automation software for companies that design and engineer to order, at SolidWorks World 2006 in Las Vegas.
DriveWorksLive allows users to specify new and variant products over the web.
SolidWorks certified Gold partner product DriveWorks has been built on the principle of "ease of use".
The software incorporates a number of wizards: the DriveWorks model wizard, rules builder, drawing administration wizard and its own form designer.
All these have been developed with ease of use in mind.
They reduce set up and learning curves so that users and their companies can enjoy an even faster return on their investment.
Now at SolidWorks 2006, delegates will be able to see how to: automate repetitive tasks; capture and re-use product know how to create new and variant parts and assemblies; generate manufacturing documentation quickly and easily; generate compelling sales and quotation documents to help win more orders; and reduce the risk of costly errors.
One of the major advantages of DriveWorks over other knowledge based engineering software is that DriveWorks does not require any high-end programming knowledge.
SolidWorks World visitors can try out the software on the DriveWorks booth (418) and meet members of the DriveWorks technical and sales team, who will also be making several technical presentations during the show.
