EMC interconnect specialist KEC, now offers the popular range of Inotec screened backshells for 'D' type connectors in a version with automatic slide lock for quick and simple fitting.
EMC interconnect specialist KEC, now offers the popular range of Inotec screened backshells for 'D' type connectors in a version with automatic slide lock for quick and simple fitting.
The Inotec M3 series provides high levels of screening and is connected with a simple push operation that is accompanied by an audible click to indicate that the automatic slide lock is activated.
This simple but highly effective system is ideal for constrained areas and where blind mate is required.
Disconnection is by operation of a slide lock release.
Overall height is 40mm and the M3 series is available with a variety of cable versions providing permutations and combinations of vertical or side entry for single or multiple cable options.
Unused cable entries are EMI/RFI protected with special plugs.
Cable retention is either by crimped flange or standard strain relief and versions are available for all sizes of 'D' type connectors from 9-way through to 50-way.
The all-metal construction of die-cast zinc and the unique Inotec crimp flange system ensures high levels of EMI/RFI protection.
