A new 400-page, full-color 2002 test and measurement products catalogue from Keithley Instruments features more than 30 new products including a high speed, low cost picoammeter
Keithley Instruments has announced the availability of its 400-page, full-color 2002 test and measurement products catalogue.
The catalogue provides engineers with detailed information and specifications for Keithley's electronic test and measurement instrumentation and data acquisition hardware and software.
Keithley's extensive product offering includes digital multimeters, switch and measure systems, switch and control products, broadband signal routing systems, power sources, SourceMeter instruments, optoelectronic test solutions, semiconductor systems, low current/high resistance products, low voltage/low resistance products, and PCI/ISA plug-in boards.
Product selection guides and updated page design will help engineers find products in the catalogue quickly.
The 2002 catalogue features more than 30 new products, including a high speed, low cost picoammeter, the Model 6485, and the Model 2750 multimeter/switch system for multipoint measurement and control.
For semiconductor applications, there are two new single-insertion DC/RF parametric test systems, a variety of enhancements to the Keithley Test Environment software, the Model 4200-SCS semiconductor characterization system, plus options for hot carrier testing and device modeling.
New wireless test solutions include an RF/microwave signal routing system and an audio-analyzing DMM.
Instruments and systems for production testing of optoelectronic components are also described.
