Keithley Instruments has published its 400-page, full-colour 2003 test and measurement products catalogue.
Keithley Instruments has published its 400-page, full-colour 2003 test and measurement products catalogue.
The catalogue provides engineers with detailed information and specifications for Keithley's wide selection of digital multimeters, switch and measure systems, switch and control products, broadband signal routing systems, power sources, SourceMeter instruments, optoelectronic test solutions, semiconductor measurement systems, low current/high resistance products, low voltage/low resistance products, LCZ/AC meters, instrument accessories, communications/trigger control products, software, PCI/ISA plug-in boards, and signal conditioning devices.
Product selection guides and updated page design will help engineers find products in the catalogue quickly.
The 2003 catalogue features more than a dozen new products, including an Ethernet-based DMM/data acquisition mainframe and plug-in modules, source/measure systems optimised for automotive electrical testing, and optical switch cards.
Other new products include optoelectronic test instrumentation, semiconductor test solutions, a wireless test solution, and a picoammeter/voltage source.
