This ingenious and fun CD-ROM demonstrates all the features and functions of the industry first Visual PLC from Keyence using clever graphics and 3d animation.

Named the 'Quick Guide to Visual PLC' the CD gives a guided tour of the PLC such that by the end you feel you have actually trialed the real thing.

Using new computer technology the user can click buttons on the computer screen which represent actual buttons on the PLC and simulate changing device values such as timers, counters and data memories.

Immediately it can be seen just how easy the Keyence plc is to use.

Either click around on your own to see the features you want to see or sit back and enjoy the show! In addition a number of application examples are illustrated in detail using animation to view the actual production line environment.

Here the user can see the advantages of the revolutionary functions of the PLC while also comparing with the problems caused by conventional plc's.

Applications include high speed counting, positioning control and frequency measurement - showing that even for advanced applications the Visual KV is easy to use even for the beginner.

As well as simply viewing the hardware, Free trial Windows Programming Software is even able to be downloaded from the CD.

The user then is able to fully trial the PLC without even seeing it in reality.

And with a product lineup section it is possible to make a PLC selection that is suitable for your application and requirements.

Finally the direct access section allows the user to contact Keyence in 3 ways.

Firstly there is a link to the website which offers full specifications of all their automation products as well as the ability to easily request technical, application or product information.

Secondly there is a link such that an email can be sent direct to the Keyence office in Milton Keynes.

And thirdly a link to a fax reply sheet if you prefer.
