The Type 8764A500 ultraminiature ceramic shear triaxial accelerometer has a +/-500g measuring range with 10mV/g sensitivity and weighs only 1.3g.

The Type 8764A500 ultraminiature ceramic shear triaxial accelerometer has a +/-500g measuring range with 10mV/g sensitivity and weighs only 1.3g.

The shear element construction assures high immunity to base strain and thermal transients.

The hard anodised aluminium housing and durable 1m integral shielded cable provides both ground isolation and electrical shielding supporting reliable signal integrity for a wide range of operating environments.

The shielded integral cable is repairable and is terminated with an industry standard Microtech compatible 0.25-28, 4-pin connector.

The accelerometer is ideal for measurements on small test objects suitable for component, and product testing for a wide range of industries including aerospace and automotive testing.

The three orthogonal axes measure dynamic vibration and shocks in applications where minimum mass, small mounting size and wide bandwidth are essential.

The overall construction, small size and low mass also complement general shock and vibration measurement.

The Type 8764A500 is adhesively mounted to the test object providing wide frequency response from 2 to 10kHz in each axis.

Any Kistler power supply coupler or industry standard integrated electronic piezoelectric compatible power source will power the accelerometer.
