The new miniature piezoresistive pressure sensor Type 4005A from Kistler is ideal for measurements in intake ports, gas exchange investigations and other static pressure measurements.

The new miniature piezoresistive pressure sensor Type 4005A from Kistler is ideal for measurements in intake ports, gas exchange investigations and other static pressure measurements.

Its design features M5-size and DCE technology with significantly increased natural frequency.

The direct chip exposure sensor does not have an isolating steel diaphragm and is therefore directly exposed to the gas.

Its piezoresistive silicon measuring element is behind a screen and has a protective coating.

This compact design achieves superb linearity, minimal hysteresis and an extremely high natural frequency.

Special features: * Very small piezoresistive pressure sensor.

* Ideal for static pressure measurements.

* Very high natural frequency.
