The Kistler CoMo Logic is an inexpensive, single channel instrument for monitoring time dependant parameters in both manual and automatic manufacturing, assembly and test processes.

With a sampling rate of up to 1000 cycles per minute and three real time thresholds for overload protection or machine speed control, CoMo Logic is capable of detecting peak values within the current cycle.

Automatic post cycle analysis compares peak value to a preset value to identify when the peak is within the preset range signifying a "good" part or has failed to reach a defined minimum indicating a process malfunction.

A digital output can be used to reject faulty parts and provide cycle control when applied to a PLC, a switching contact or signal for manual action.

Operation is by a simple, password protected menu system with up to eight parameter sets and four operating modes making CoMo Logic very versatile and flexible.

In graphic mode, the time dependant parameter is displayed with real time thresholds with zoom, scroll and cursor functions, trend mode displays the trend of the last 118 cycle peaks graphically and peak mode displays the numerical value of the cycle peak as a drag indicator.

The fourth mode, instant, allows the sensitivity to be set during measurement with automatic updating of the actual value.

Typically, this allows the value required to be displayed for a known force to be set very easily during set up.

Available as stand alone desktop and 19in rack and panel mounting versions, the new CoMo Logic has charge measuring ranges from 5000 to 500,000pC.

Configuration is via PC software and firmware updates supplied as standard.
