Designed specifically for in-situ measurement of press force in large presses, the new Type 9931A force sensors are available in four types covering the measuring range from 50 to 20,000kN.

Exceptionally compact, robust and easy to handle, the sensors are continuously calibrated from 1 to 100% of the measuring range as standard and have a high overload capacity.

The tapered flanges reduce pressure on the bed of the press whilst optimising force transfer.

Where an even wider measuring range is demanded, several sensors can be combined using a range of special accessories.

A range of charge amplifiers and force monitoring and analysis instrumentation is available for use with the new sensors.
