Sensor measures mould cavity pressure indirectly
Cavity pressure is usually measured with the sensor fitted directly in the mould cavity, but Kistler's new PinSens force sensor type 9204 is ideal for indirect cavity pressure measurement
But now it can offer its services for all makes and types of gas and hydraulic pressure transducers and gauges, together with associated signal conditioning equipment.
With almost 30 years experience of instrument calibration, Kistler's Calibration Manager, Les Deedman, says: "Recent investment in state-of-the-art calibration equipment has extended the range of pressure calibration services we can provide".
"We can calibrate pressure transducers and gauges up to 120MPa (1200bar) in gauge and absolute modes".
"A new service, calibration of low pressure digital manometers, will be of interest to air conditioning and clean room companies".
Although the Kistler calibration service is to the highest standards, ISO/IEC17025:2005, the costs are very competitive thanks to the reliable flow of work from users of Kistler transducers.
