Klubersynth BH 72-422 is a fully synthetic paint-friendly, long-term and high-temperature grease with a service temperature range from -20 to +220C Features of Klubersynth BH 72-422 include: good oil adhesion across the service temperature range; high drop point; resistance to high temperatures up to 220C; good wear and corrosion protection; good water resistance; direct application onto thin anticorrosion film; and the ability to be used for relubrication in context with ester, silicone, PFPE and mineral oil greases

Preferred applications include low-speed plain and rolling bearings as well as slide ways in which silicone is not desired due to possible contact with painted surfaces, but where thermal stability has to be high, eg in conveyors and paint driers in the automotive and supplying industries, but also in calendar systems, kiln carts, continuous casting rollers and baking machinery.
