Kluber Lubrication has developed a new high performance lubricating grease for bearings subject to continuous pivoting or oscillation.

Oscillating bearings subject to high load, boundary or mixed friction conditions, often suffer excessive wear as a direct result of inadequate lubrication protection.

Kluberlub BEM 41-122 is a specially formulated and test-rig tested lubricant for plain and rolling bearings subject to reversing motion.

Typical applications for Kluberplex BEM 41-122 are: pivoting, self aligning, spherical plain bearings; self-aligning "rose joints" and track rod ends; rolling bearings subject to reversing motion; and plain bearings, bushes, joints, levers and fulcrum points.

Basically, Kluberlub BEM 41-122 can be used in any application where lifetime lubrication is required in a non-360-degree rotating (oscillating) application with a wide temperature range from -30 to +140C and high load resistance.

The special formulation of Kluberlub BEM 41-122 enables highly effective antiwear solid lubricant "tribo-layers" to be generated between the loaded contact zones of the bearing.

These layers enable a separating and friction reducing effect resulting in greatly improved lubrication and wear protection.

Kluberlub BEM 41-122 is a special "tailor made" and cost effective solution to combat traditional bearing seizure, scuffing damage and wear occurring in oscillating or pivoting plain and rolling element bearings.
