Over 600 open drives worldwide are currently being lubricated with Kluberfluid products and an increasing number of customers are making use of the advantages offered by these transparent products.
It's almost an anniversary: more than 10 years ago Kluber Lubrication decided to launch the transparent Kluberfluid products for the lubrication of large-girth gear drives, a decision which has proven highly fortunate.
Over 600 open drives worldwide are currently being lubricated with Kluberfluid products and an increasing number of customers are making use of the advantages offered by these transparent products compared with conventional black lubricants.
Major benefits are reduced lubricant consumption (up to 50%), lower disposal costs and the possibility to check tooth flank condition even while the drive is running thus avoiding expensive downtime.
But there are other important benefits that make the difference: precise monitoring of the uniform lubricating film provided by the fluorescence effect, improved vibration dampening and lower tooth flank temperatures.
All these advantages do not only apply to these operational lubricants but to the whole range of products Kluber is offering for girth gears: priming, running-in, operational and repair lubricants.
