Tough coating allows easy application
Klubertop TP 46-111 dries rapidly and once hardened it ensures good resistance to wear and chemicals, provides a low coefficient of friction with no stick-slip at low speeds.
Klubertop TP 46-111 is a thermosetting, black bonded coating based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and an organic, water-dilutable binder This bonded coating is a ready-to-use fluid containing water as the solvent and can be easily applied by immersion, dip/spin coating, spraying or by brush

Bonded coatings help reduce emissions
Kluber Lubrication has developed two new water-miscible bonded coatings for different load ranges, which are both easy to process and offer excellent performance.
Once applied, Klubertop TP 46-111 dries rapidly and once hardened it ensures good resistance to wear and chemicals, provides a low coefficient of friction with no stick-slip at low speeds and excellent corrosion protection on phosphated surfaces.
Due to its excellent adhesion properties to metals and certain plastics the Klubertop TP 46-111 is particularly good at reducing friction and wear in metal/metal or metal/plastic sliding contacts such as straight pins, studs, safety belt components and similarly shaped items.
It can also be applied to components used in electrical engineering, precision engineering and textile machinery such as slideways and springs, which are subject to low or medium mechanical loads and where contamination by oil or grease should be avoided.
Owing to its very good resistance to oil and chemicals, the coating can also be used in the presence of aggressive ambient media. Request a free brochure from Kluber Lubrication GB ...
