New force in heavy-duty welding
The Weldforce range of modular MIG/MAG/MMA welding machines is specifically designed to provide welding power, arc control and durability in heavy industries.
The Weldforce range of modular MIG/MAG/MMA welding machines is specifically designed to provide welding power, arc control and durability in heavy industries such as shipbuilding, offshore fabrications, the rail industry and other large to medium sized fabrication shops as well as out on site This range is for users who have a requirement using either efficient basic MIG welding or more advanced synergic MIG welding

Lightweight welder can go anywhere
The Minarc 151 is a new 110V lightweight, MMA/scratch start TIG inverter welding machine.
A feature of this new range is the wire feed units, which are made of a double skinned PE-nylon material, making them light weight, yet very tough, durable and resistant to weld spatter and grinding sparks as well as having the capability to operate in ambient temperatures up to 120C.
Weldforce comes as either an air cooled or water cooled version, comprising three different power sources and four wire feed units enabling the operator to select the package most suited to his/her own requirements.
The KPS3500, KPS4500 and KPS5500 power sources provide 350A at 80% duty cycle, 450A at 60% duty cycle and 550A at 60% duty cycle, respectively, and all having a 65V open circuit voltage (OCV) from a three-phase 50/60Hz 230 or 400V power supply.
The wire feed units with wire feeds speeds up to 18/25m/min, are supplied in a number of options.
The basic KWF 200S (for 200mm wire spools) and KWF 300S (for 300mm wire spools) have voltage/current and basic MIG function displays, creep start, gas flow adjustment and remote control connection.
In addition, the Synergic versions KWF 200 and KWF 300 provide the operator with the facility of advanced Synergic MIG welding and memory functions to obtain the optimum welding properties.
There are 46 Synergic MIG welding programs using a one knob control - 19 for mild steel, 21 for stainless steel, four for aluminium and two for other special materials as well as parameter memory functions and MMA welding.
Kemppi's MMT or PMT welding guns can be supplied as an option with Weldforce.
To supplement Weldforce a wide range of carriages and sledges for both the wire feed units and powers sources are available as well as hanging frames, swing arms, trolleys and interconnecting cables for the wire feed units allowing the user to weld up to 50m from the power source.
