Kane Computing is now shipping the PTU-D300, the latest pan and tilt unit from Directed Perception.

The PTU-D300 offers a large payload capacity of 31.75kg, wide range of pan speeds (0.01 to 50deg/s), a 360-degree continuous pan option, operation in harsh weather environments (built to IP65 standard), such as dust/sand, wind/rain/fog and salt spray.

The PTU-D300 is a family of modular computer controlled pan and tilt units designed for fast, accurate positioning of heavy payloads.

It provides torque sufficient for large payloads while maintaining speed, precision and a very small form factor.

Applications include: long range surveillance, antenna positioning systems, satellite communications systems, laser ranging systems, military operations, automated video detection and tracking systems and industrial automation.
