The Mini Series of non-ball lead screws is ideal for demanding miniature applications, such as data storage drives, miniature pumps and dispensing systems, micro-actuators and laser and optical focusing mechanisms.

Composed of small diameter, precision rolled, lead screw assemblies, the Mini Series provides reliable precision motion control at up to one-tenth the cost of miniature ball screws.

Built to last hundreds of millions of inches of travel without requiring external lubrication, maintenance or adjustment, Kerk's Mini Series exhibits outstanding performance, allowing new designs and inventions to be manufactured at previously unattainable sizes and costs.

Kerk's Mini Series is offered in anti-backlash and general-purpose lead screw assemblies, in Kerk's NTB, NTG and B-Series.

The lead screws are made of 303 stainless steel, and are available with Kerk's proprietary, long-life TFE coating.

Designed to run smoothly and efficiently on Kerk's precision rolled screws, the assemblies' maintenance-free nuts are manufactured with self-lubricating polymers.

The Mini Series is provided with standard diameters as small as 0.125in.

Custom diameters less than 2mm as well as custom designed nuts are also available.
