The new KTR Couplings catalogue is the first to combine all the company's products with text and illustrations The printed version contains technical data of all KTR drive components on around 200 pages and also describes the features of the different product groups in detail: torsionally flexible Rotex jaw-type couplings; backlash-free jaw-type couplings Rotex GS; BoWex curved-tooth gear couplings; Lamex and Radex laminae couplings; hydraulic components; KTR-SI and Syntex overload couplings; Clampex clamping sets; and systems for torque measurement

Shaft coupling reaches ruby anniversary
Rotex is KTR's most famous coupling series and is available in numerous variations including combinations with overload systems.
Couplings are made for railway applications
With the Rotex coupling the designers of train drives have a shaft coupling range that has been adjusted to the special requirement specifications of train technology.
For all sises and variations of the lines all important technical data and installation dimensions are provided - this facilitates the selection of the drive components for the designer.
Additionally, the basic assortment of every line is indicated, ie the types that are available from stock immediately.
All data of the catalogue can also be seen on the newly designed KTR homepage.
Once online, the designer can call selection programs for the coupling lines of BoWex, Rotex, Rotex GS and Radex-N as well as for the Clampex clamping sets and the hydraulic components.
Then he or she inputs the relevant technical parameters, and the system proposes one or more coupling types.
The user can transfer the drawing of this coupling or of the hydraulic components as DXF file directly into his or her CAD system.
For the documentation he or she can download a PDF file.
Also the different catalogue pages are available as compressed downloads.
