The Spring Wire Guard slides over hydraulic hose and protects the hose surface from premature failure due to wear, abrasion and cuts.

Kurt Hydraulics has released four styles of hose protection products for use with its complete line of hydraulic hose and coupling systems.

The produces are designed for use in rugged operating applications to stop premature failure due to wear, abrasion and deep cuts.

The Spring Wire Guard slides over hydraulic hose and protects the hose surface from premature failure due to wear, abrasion and cuts.

This heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant coiled steel wire covering resists hose kinking and distributes bending pressure over the hose length.

The Spiral Steel Wrap provides the highest level of hydraulic hose protection for the most severe operating conditions.

The Spiral Steel Wrap material covers 80 to 100% of the hose surface, depending on the tightness of the application.

This galvanised steel wrap provides just enough installation and operational flexibility, yet provides maximum hose surface coverage and protection for the most extreme hydraulic applications.

Nylon Sleeve Guard is made of woven Nylon for complete hose coverage.

It provides wear and abrasion protection and flexes freely while withstanding thousands of abrasion cycles.

It slides over the hose for fast, easy installation.

Spiral Poly Wrap can be installed over existing, in-place hoses and cables, with no need to shut down the process for installation.

Ideal for bundling multiple loose hoses and cables into one neat line.

The sturdy, flexible black elastomer material has protective beveled edges.

it provides durable protection while consolidating multiple hoses and cables for a neater, cleaner set of connections.

All four Kurt Hydraulics hose protection products are available as a complete hydraulic hose, coupling and protection system and are available in full range of diameters and lengths to fit most applications.
