KV will be displaying its manufacturing capabilities at the forthcoming Semicon West 2005 in San Francisco.

With a worldwide reputation for design ingenuity for pneumatic components and systems, KV has a wealth of expertise available to customers constantly seeking to optimise their air control processes.
For the semiconductor medical and pharmaceutical industries the CPS (Clean Pneumatronic Systems) Division provides unequalled engineering expertise in the design and manufacture of highly integrated electro-pneumatic control systems for very demanding clean room applications.
The CPS Division houses one of the largest clean room facilities to be found in pneumatics with a total floor area of 380m2.
It operates to ISO14644-1, ISO Class 6 Standards, (FED Standard 209E, Class 1000) over the working areas and has its own dedicated material handling area and store.
KV systems are designed for optimum functionality and reliability and draw on well-proven products and components from within the KV range of components, products from key suppliers and custom designed or application specific products.
These components are then skillfully integrated with control equipment into top-level subsystems that become an integral part of the OEM customers' equipment.
An additional facility available to KV CPS Division customers is rapid prototyping using SLS, SLA, vacuum casting and concept modelling technology.
With the increasing demand to reduce lead times and minimise inventory many customers are exploiting the benefits of on demand manufacture.
