Unlike commodity ducting, Kopex products have inherent qualities that make them suitable for use in specialist applications within almost any environment.
The products are available in the UK through specialist distributors.
With over 50 years' experience in manufacturing spirally constructed products, Kopex's ducting range has evolved to provide a high quality heating or ventilating/extraction solution for both OEM and retrofit requirements throughout the commercial, industrial and automotive markets.
Systems are also used extensively in the leisure market, including caravans and boats where its ability to be shaped by hand makes it ideal for the contours of vehicles and boats.
Ducting can be formulated to meet any number of specific requirements in terms of temperature, pliability, weight and corrosion resistance.
For extra-high-temperature applications up to 350C, or where weight is paramount, Kopex can also provide customised ducting solutions.
Other features include availability in continuous lengths to reduce the number of joints required, excellent thermal insulation, a wide range of sizes, airtight construction to prevent fume leakage and various exterior finishes to suit exposed applications.
