The highly versatile LT-H and LT-T liquid tight conduit systems are designed specifically for onerous environments where standard conduit systems would be unsuitable.

As part of Kopex International's specialist electrical conduit range, the company now offers the highly versatile LT-H and LT-T liquid tight conduit systems.

These are designed specifically for onerous environments where standard conduit systems would be unsuitable.

The LT-H conduit jacket is highly resistant to oils and chemicals, including Skydrol - a particularly aggressive hydraulic acid used especially in the aerospace industry.

It offers ingress protection to IP66 and 67, when used with KF-F connectors, and operates over temperatures ranging from -50 to +130C.

LT-H is also available in blue for intrinsically safe applications.

Complementing this is LT-T conduit which comes complete with a limited fire hazard covering and is fully compliant to London Underground (LUL) specification and UK MoD standards.

It is constructed from a helically wound galvanised steel core with cotton packing and completed with the LFH covering.

Both LT-H and LT-T conduits can be used in conjunction with the Kopex HA, ATEX approved explosion proof barrier gland.

The combined system is ideally suited for installations where flammable gases or vapours may be present, such as offshore and onshore oil and gas installations, as well as petrochemical plants.
