The Experimenter interface box turns a PC into an 8 channel display oscilloscope, 8 panel meters, 2 channel signal generator, event recorder, 8 bit pattern generator and many other instruments.

The Experimenter interface box from Kyle Data allows easy connection of laboratory signals to a PC.

With the Exp-VI software provided, Experimenter turns a PC into an 8 channel display oscilloscope, 8 panel meters, 2 channel signal generator, event recorder, 8 bit pattern generator and many other instruments.

These facilities allow monitoring and control of experiments in teaching and other laboratories.

For easy connection, all signals are connected via 4mm sockets and the interface box is connected to the PC via the parallel port.

Additional specialist software packages are also being developed.

The first two - Virtual Logging System and Virtual Control Laboratory - are available now and others are under development.
