Land Instruments International has realigned its business alliance with Eurotherm DEL India with the formation of a joint venture company.
UK-based Land Instruments International has realigned its business alliance with Eurotherm DEL India, part of the UniDEL Group, with the formation of Land DEL Infrared, a joint venture company.
Land DEL Infrared will provide complete sales, service and support for the entire range of Land infra-red temperature, thermal and process imaging products to customers in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
The joint venture will provide greater access to technical and marketing support for both infrared temperature measuring systems and application knowhow based on over 58 years' experience in the field of noncontact temperature technology.
The service includes engineering and applications expertise, calibration and after sales support, and turnkey engineered solutions using localised components - all through a geographically spread network.
The joint venture has its headquarters in Mumbai, India with a fully equipped temperature calibration laboratory providing support for the already large and ever growing number of installations in the Indian market.
Offices in Chennai, Kolkatta and New Delhi also provide regional sales, service and support functions.
Land infra-red thermometer systems are the preferred choice of industrial customers, not only in India, but also on a worldwide basis, in ferrous and nonferrous metals, glass and cement, as well as virtually every other primary manufacturing process.
Land's thermal cameras and imaging systems have also found a diverse range of plant condition monitoring and process monitoring applications in a wide range of other industries including: power transmission and distribution, plastics, electronics and petrochemicals.
The UniDEL Group has been providing technology solutions and products since 1973.
SoftDEL Systems provides engineering software solutions for the USA, European markets and Japanese markets.
Eurotherm DEL India is focused on process and factory automation solutions for markets in India and surrounding countries.
Digital Electronics is a technology incubator that continuously generates new technology ideas and converts them into profitable ventures.
These companies are all part of the UniDEL Group and each has a market-leading position.
Land DEL Infrared now joins the other companies in the UniDEL Group and is a part of UniDEL's overall strategy to strengthen its position in the industrial automation market.
