To commemorate both its own 10th birthday and the 10th anniversary of the PUWER 98 regulations, Laidler is holding 10 free workshops and publishing 10 fact sheets in 2008.
This year (2008) sees the 10th anniversary of the amended Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER 98).
It is also the 10th anniversary of the formation of Laidler Associates, one of the UK's leading machinery safety consultancies.
Laidler will be running with the theme of 10 during 2008 to celebrate the two anniversaries, including 10 free safety workshops across the country and 10 fact sheets detailing the key elements of machinery safety.
The first four workshops will be held: in High Wycombe on 29th April; in Coventry on 30th April; and at Haydock on both 15th July and 25th November 2008.
Further dates will be announced shortly.

10 years will also be the theme of this year's Machinery Safety conference on 16th September 2008.
Speakers will be looking at how machinery safety has changed over the last 10 years and where they see it going in the future.
