Micromeasurement instrumentation at TEAM

Surface metrology is critical to process control in research and manufacturing of products from disk drives to medical implants and fuel injector seals.

Profile heights measured and displayed range from less than 1nm up to 5000um over areas 50 x 50mm with 0.01nm resolution.

Zygo's proprietary MetroPro software provides full control and surface metrology analysis on hundreds of reportable parameters together with real time 3D images and data.

Zygo's Mesa system will also be shown, this is a flatness measurement system designed for shop floor throughputs of a few tens to tens of thousands of components per day with sub-micro measurement resolution.
